Il 24 ottobre la sezione lavoro del Tribunale di Roma, su ricorso dell’avv. Domenico Naso dell’Ufficio legale della Uil scuola Rua, lo ha accolto con la sentenza 10617/2024 che ha riconosciuto ad una docente il 2013 ai fini della progressione di carriera.
