Giuseppe D’ Aprile (Segretario Generale della Uil Scuola Rua) ha inviato una lettera al Presidente dell’ARAN, Antonio Naddeo, contenente la richiesta di un incontro sui giorni di permesso personale o familiare, di cui all’articolo 15 del CCNL 2006/2009. Nella lettera il sindacato ha ribadito la forza cogente e vincolante della norma contrattuale.
