Sul rinnovo del CCNL- Comparto Istruzione e Ricerca 2019/2021 l’ARAN intende adattare il modello delle funzioni locali alla scuola, prefigurando un sistema dirigista incentrato sui poteri dell’Amministrazione, depotenziando la scuola dell’autonomia ed il modello democratico di scuola consacrato con il CCNL 2016/2018 la Uil Scuola Rua ha evidenziato i fattori negativi del progetto che non possono essere accettati.
